PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane (meth)acrylate compound to form a cured coating film which has balanced, excellent performance in antifouling (stain removal) and chemical resistance (alkali resistance), and is excellent in coating appearance and scratch resistance, and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition, and coating agent using the same.SOLUTION: A polysiloxane structure-containing urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A) is obtained by reacting a polysiloxane compound (a1) having 2 or more hydroxyl groups, a polyvalent isocyanate compound (a2), and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (a3). The polysiloxane structure-containing urethane (meth)acrylate compound is characterized by having a weight average molecular weight of the polysiloxane compound (a1) having 2 or more hydroxyl groups of 2,000 or more, as well as by having 10 or more ethylenically unsaturated double bonds. |
