PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a water-resistant electronic pen having a dot pattern on which the electronic pen can be used even under an environment where it gets wet with moisture such as rain. SOLUTION: The sheet for the water-resistant electronic pen is equipped with a sheet-like substrate 20 with a dot pattern printed layer 23 readable by the electronic pen 100 on at least a part of the surface, a water-resistant substrate 30 arranged at least in the dot pattern printed layer 23 of the sheet-like substrate 20, and a first adhesive layer 24 for sticking the back face of the sheet-like substrate 20 and the water-resistant substrate 30.
