PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid delivering apparatus which can adjust an amount of delivering without actually delivering liquid. SOLUTION: The liquid delivering apparatus is equipped with pressure generating means 16 and 17 which form a meniscus by applying a driving voltage according to a driving pulse generation timing signal, an electrostatic voltage generating means 8 which applies an electrostatic voltage, an operation controlling means 9 which controls application of the driving voltage and the electrostatic voltage, an irradiation means 21 which casts light onto the meniscus according to an irradiation timing signal, an image capturing means 22 which captures an image of the meniscus according to an image capturing timing signal, a synchronous timing signal generating means 23 which outputs synchronizing the driving pulse generation timing signal, the irradiation timing signal and the image capturing timing signal with each other at constant time intervals, an image analyzing means 25 which specifies a meniscus shape image-captured by the image capturing means 22, and an adjusting means 24 which adjusts the driving voltage by comparing the image-captured meniscus shape with a meniscus reference shape.
