PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device capable of suppressing toner from being adhered to a rotor of a powder pump, and an image forming apparatus including the toner supply device.SOLUTION: A toner supply device comprises: a powder pump that has a stator having a through hole formed by a spirally extending groove and a rotor having a spiral groove formed on an outer peripheral surface so that a gap for transferring toner is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the through hole and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, and rotates the rotor to move the gap and thereby transferring the toner that has entered the gap; and a toner that is transferred by the powder pump. The toner has inorganic particles having the volume average particle diameter of 30 nm or more that are externally added.
