<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain large power from a reader/writer in a device configured by including an IC chip and an antenna part in a two foldable-type main body case. <P>SOLUTION: An IC chip and a first antenna pattern 9 are arranged in a first main body part 3 constituting the main body case 2 of a portable telephone 1, and a connection part 9a at both the ends of the first antenna pattern 9 are located at a hinge part 5. A second antenna pattern having a part 10a to be connected, connectable to the connection part 9a is provided at the part of the hinge part 5. A third antenna pattern 11 having a part 11a to be connected, connectable to the connection part 9a is provided inside a second main body part 4. While the main body 2 is in a folded state, the first antenna pattern 9 is connected to the second antenna pattern to form a first antenna part 12 with a small diameter.
