PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored alkali developable photosensitive composition excellent in heat resistance, and a color filter using the colored alkali developable photosensitive composition.SOLUTION: A colored alkali developable photosensitive resin composition includes: at least one type of cyanine compounds (A) represented by general formula (I); an alkali developable resin (B) having an ethylenic unsaturated bond; and a photopolymerization initiator (C). (In the formula, R, R', Rand R' represent alkyl or the like, Z, Zand Zrepresent hydrogen or the like, and X and X' each independently represent an oxygen atom, sulfur atom or the like. Anrepresents a q-valent anion (except perchlorate anion), q represents 1 or 2, and p represents a coefficient keeping charges neutral). |
