<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reproduce sound components of multisounds by using both of an AV amplifier and a TV, when the acoustic apparatus (AV amplifier) and the display apparatus (TV) are connected by digital connection such as HDMI and images having multisounds are reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: The TV 40 is provided with a speaker 49 for reproducing one or more sound components, and an EDID 45 for setting sound component information concerned with sound components to be reproduced from the speaker 49. The AV amplifier 20 is provided with a speaker 30 for reproducing a plurality of sound components, an HDMI receiver 22 for inputting a sound signal composed of a plurality of sound components, and a sound selector 28 for selectively distributing a plurality of inputted sound signals into sound components reproduced from the speaker 30, and sound components reproduced from the speaker 49 through an HDMI 2.
