PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call notification device capable of deciding an incoming call of a cellular phone with high precision using a function for enabling a user to select and set a vibration pattern during the incoming call of the cellular phone. SOLUTION: The incoming call notification device is provided with a microphone 40 which converts sound resulting from vibration generated by a portable information terminal (not illustrate) into an electric signal, detects the vibration of the information terminal to notify that the information terminal receives the incoming call by amplifying the converted electric signal to pass it through a band pass filter 42. The incoming call notification device has a voltage comparator circuit 43 which compares high/low between a voltage value of the electric signal passed through the band pass filter 42 and a predetermined voltage value to create time-series high/low patterns of the electric signal and a decision means 44 for deciding whether or not the high/low patterns created by the voltage comparator circuit 43 match to the preliminarily stored time-series high/low patterns and when the decision means 44 decides that the high/low patterns match to each other, notifies that the information terminal receives the incoming call.
