PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction unit capable of properly making a coil exhibit a force, constituting a driving mechanism, an image blur correcting device provided with the image blur correction unit and a photographic device provided with the image blur correcting device. SOLUTION: A set of yokes 236a and 237A comprises a set of parallel plates that expand in parallel to each other with a magnet 233A and a coil 234A sandwiched in between them, and a connection plate CON, that connects corresponding one sides of the parallel plates to each other. A member constituting the set of the yokes 236A and 237A is divided into two parts, in a shape of being fitted to each other near the connection plate CON, and the incorporated member houses the magnet 233A and the coil 234a as a whole, and its cross-section is formed into substantially a U-shape.
