PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure skew and carrier phase difference between a first receiver and a second receiver with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This measuring device is provided with: transmitting part for transmitting an adjustment signal obtained by adding a plurality of modulation signals obtained by modulating a plurality of transmission signals to a plurality of subcarriers of frequencies different from one another; a supplying part for supplying the adjustment signal to the first receiver to be detected as a first detection signal and supplying the adjustment signal to the second receiver to be detected as a second detection signal; a first extracting part for extracting a plurality of first extraction signals being respectively orthogonal signals included in frequency components corresponding to the plurality of respective subcarriers in the first detection signal; a second extracting part for extracting a plurality of second extraction signals being respectively orthogonal signals included in frequency components corresponding to the plurality of respective subcarriers in the second detection signal; and a phase difference calculating part for calculating a phase difference between the first extraction signals and the second extraction signals in each subcarrier.
