PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polarizing lens by which a high-quality polarizing lens to be used for sunglasses or the like can be obtained. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polarizing lens includes the steps of: forming a lens made of a resin having a polarizing film on a convex face by an insert molding method; masking the convex face side of the lens; and dyeing the unmasked face of the lens.
