The holder has a cover with a section (6) that is formed in arc-shaped or V-shaped. The section is connected with a remaining cover via a pair of ends (7) so that the section is movable between a resting position, in which the section rests against components e.g. seat, and surface aligned with the remaining cover, and a usage position, in which it the section let away from the component, so that an article (8) e.g. bottle, is held between the component and the section. The two ends of the section are laterally spaced to each other and are connected with the cover on same height.
