PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain glass with high mechanical strength by exhibiting both the ion exchange performance and the devitrification resistance of the glass.SOLUTION: A tempered glass substrate with a compression stress layer on the surface, includes ≥3 mass% of AlOand ≥8.2 mass% of NaO as the glass composition, characterized in that the plate thickness is ≤0.5 mm, the compression stress of the surface is ≥300 MPa, the thickness of the compression stress layer is ≥10 μm, and the internal tensile stress is 20-150 MPa. |
