PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device which is free from executing processing by an unintended operation, even when a frame of a housing is made narrower according to the increase of the size of a display part.SOLUTION: A display part 103 has a first mode for displaying an image photographed by a camera part 102 and a second mode for displaying a predetermined image. In the first mode, a touch panel 104 has a dead region 115 with a predetermined width in the peripheral part of the display part 103. Thus, even when the end of a housing 110 is touched during camera photographing, malfunction does not occur when the touch is in the dead region 115. In other words, the malfunction caused by the fact that the end of the housing 110 is touched can be prevented. |
