PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmon chip capable of changing a plasmon resonance wavelength with one chip.SOLUTION: The plasmon chip comprises: a grating part 10 including a plurality of metal beams 11(11a and 11b); suspension beams 21 each having one end connected to a tip of the metal beam 11; anchor parts 22 each fixing the other end of the suspension beam 21; and a pair of electrodes 23 and 24. The grating part 10 is composed by alternately aligning the metal beam 11a connected to the one electrode 23 and the metal beam 11b connected to the other electrode 24 in parallel with a certain gap provided therebetween. The metal beams 11 can be made close to one another by electrostatic attraction between the metal beams, generated by the application of voltage between the pair of electrodes 23 and 24. Thus, a gap of the grating part 10 can be changed, and the plasmon resonance wavelength can be changed by one chip. |
