METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FE-BASED SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL, FE-BASED SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL AND DUST CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which manufactures a Fe-based soft magnetic material having a high magnetic characteristic and a low magnetic strain at a low cost, and also to provide a dust core using the Fe-based soft magnetic material.

SOLUTION: An Fe-based soft magnetic material powder is molded under a pressure to form a green compact, the green compact is sintered under a reducing atmosphere or an inactive atmosphere to form a sinter, and the sinter is heated up to 350-570°C under an oxidizing atmosphere to manufacture the Fe-based soft magnetic material. The dust core made of this Fe-based soft magnetic material is small-sized and vibrates low.
