<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement delivery system and a client, allowing provision of advertisement information to the client from a new access destination not registered in the client. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (Multifunction Peripheral) requests advertisement data from an advertisement server (S105). When a response thereof is present (S110: present), the MFP decides which of an image file and a reference URL (Uniform Resource Locator) change request is returned as the response (S125). When the image file is returned, the MFP displays the acquired image file as an advertisement (S130). When the reference URL change request is returned, the MFP changes a URL that is an acquisition destination of the advertisement data into a new URL (S170), and newly returns to S105 to request the advertisement data from the advertisement server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
