摘要 Disclosed is a rear wheel suspension system (1) for a motor vehicle, said rear wheel suspension system comprising: a hub carrier (2), that can pivot about a steering axle, for supporting a wheel (3) in a steerable manner, a wheel-guiding control arm (9) which is arranged in a lower control arm plane in relation to the vertical axis of the vehicle and which can be articulatedly connected on the body side to a body provided therefor and articulatedly connected on the wheel side to the hub carrier (2); a wheel-guiding transverse link (24), arranged in an upper control arm plane, which can be articulatedly connected on the body side to the body provided therefor and is articulatedly connected on the wheel side to the hub carrier (2); and comprising a transverse leaf spring (8) having a body-side two point bearing (26), which transverse leaf spring is articulatedly connected at its end facing the hub carrier (2) to the hub carrier behind the wheel centre (4) in relation to the direction of travel (12). According to the invention, the transverse link (24) is arranged in front of the transverse leaf spring (8) in the direction of travel (12) and the transverse leaf spring (8) is articulatedly connected to the hub carrier (2) below the transverse link (24) in the vertical direction of the vehicle such that the transverse leaf spring (8) is designed as a toe-control link for passive steering of the wheel (3) via the wheel hub.
