The present invention relates to a wireless access system that supports unlicensed bands, and relates to a method for reporting channel state information when a partial subframe (pSF) is formed. A method of user equipment (UE) reporting channel state information (CSI) in a wireless access system that supports unlicensed bands according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving a downlink burst configured to an unlicensed band cell (U cell) supporting unlicensed bands as far as a certain subframe; measuring CSI with respect to the downlink burst; and reporting the measured CSI to a base station. In this regard, if a pSF is included in the downlink burst, the UE does not consider the pSF to be a valid downlink subframe for CSI measurement, and the pSF may be formed to have a smaller size than a general subframe.
