PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic voice response system which allows for correction or replacement of IVR flow while operating.SOLUTION: In an automatic voice response flow execution unit executing automatic voice response flow, an automatic voice response flow created is registered in indeterminate state. An automatic voice response flow in indeterminate state is executed at the time of incoming from a predetermined telephone number for confirmation. After ending confirmation with that telephone number for confirmation, the automatic voice response flow in indeterminate state is changed to determinate state, thus updating the automatic voice response flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
