The present invention relates to a synthesis method of a silicon nanocrystal using an electron beam reduction reaction. More specifically, the present invention to a method for synthesizing a silicon nanocrystal by dispersing a silicon precursor in a solvent to obtain a dispersed solution, adding a secondary alcohol to the dispersed solution, causing a reaction to obtain a reaction product, and irradiating the reaction product. According to the present invention, the synthesis method of a silicon nanocrystal using an electron beam reduction reaction is an environment-friendly process which does not use an additional chemical reducing agent under room temperature and normal pressure without requiring special reaction conditions. Accordingly, a silicon nanocrystal can be massively produced via a continuous synthesis process so the process can be practically used as a synthesis method of a silicon nanocrystal. |
