Provided is a liquid crystal display device comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer formed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a first color pixel area, a second color pixel area, a third color pixel area, and a fourth color pixel area formed on the first substrate or the second substrate. The first to fourth color pixel areas include one among a red filter, a green filter, and a blue filter. The blue filter has a parabolic or semicircular cross section. The liquid crystal display device according to the present invention can mitigate a yellowish phenomenon and improve brightness by changing the shape of the color filter. |
