PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for suspension which is mainly used for a hard disk drive, in which a magnetic head slider for reading and writing data to a disk for storing data is installed, and which is capable of reducing differential impedance, suppressing transmission loss of a high frequency electric signal and improving physical strength thereof.SOLUTION: With regard to each wiring arranged on an opening provided in a metal support substrate, a width of wiring arranged at a center side of the opening is formed wider than a width of wiring arranged closest to an end side of the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
