摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which an inspection on a state of adhesion of a piece of metal foil and an active material layer can be performed readily and simply.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode sheet of a power storage device comprises: a kneading step; a coating step; a drying step; a cutting step; and an inspection step. In the kneading step, an active material, a binder and a solvent are mixed and kneaded to form an electrode mixture. In the coating step, a piece of metal foil is coated with the electrode mixture. In the drying step, the electrode mixture is dried to form an active material layer on the piece of metal foil. In the cutting step, the piece of metal foil is cut together with the active material layer. In the inspection step, an inspection is performed on the state of adhesion of the active material layer to the piece of metal foil between the drying step and the cutting step. In the inspection step, the piece of metal foil with active material layer is folded to form a folded portion (Step S21); the folded portion is expanded (Step S22); a piece of tape is directly stuck to a region of the active material layer including the folded portion (step S23); and the piece of tape is peeled off from the piece of metal foil (step S24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
