PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user to efficiently obtain desired information.SOLUTION: A mediation server 18 identifies, when an information provision request is issued from a requester device 12, a specific provider device 14 from among a plurality of provider devices 14 that is capable of responding to the request. The mediation server 18 notifies the specific provider device 14 of the information provision request. Each of the plurality of provider devices 14 displays an information provision request received from the mediation server 18 on a screen to present the request to a user.
