PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support coordination among many kinds of jobs.SOLUTION: A coordination support device includes: a patient observation information storage part which stores patient identification information identifying a patient and patient observation information that at least associates classification items classifying items for observing situations of the patient and special notes related to the patient's classification items; a contact information storage part storing contact information about the patient; a special note transfer part which stores to the contact information storage part contact information including the special note obtained when the special notes are acquired from a user terminal to be used by a user, user identification information identifying the user who has inputted the special note, and classification items corresponding to the special notes; and a contact processing part which displays to the user terminal to be a requester of a display request contact information stored by the contact information storage part in accordance with the display request from the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
