摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired vertical plane directivity and to transmit a plurality of transmission signals for the same area with the number of antennas smaller than the number of the transmission signals.SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus comprises: a baseband unit for generating a plurality of transmission signals for the same area; an antenna having a plurality of antenna elements; and a signal processing unit for distributing each of the plurality of transmission signals corresponding to each of the plurality of antenna elements as signal processing for transmitting the plurality of transmission signals generated by the baseband unit while sharing the antenna, multiplying each of the plurality of distributed transmission signals by a corresponding component of the first weight matrix, and then combining the transmission signals corresponding to the respective antenna elements. The signal processing unit multiplies each of the distributed or synthesized transmission signals by a corresponding component of a second weight matrix for obtaining a desired vertical plane directivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
