PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable silicone resin composition which has low hardness and keeps excellent adhesibility and curability, has excellent balance between curability and flexibility, is excellent in durability, and is suitable for being used in a sealant of an image display device, and to provide a picture display device using the ultraviolet curable silicone resin composition.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curable silicone resin composition is provided that includes: organopolysiloxane which has (meth)acryloyl groups at both terminals, at least two or more of the (meth)acryloyl groups at one of both terminals and has a vinyl group in the side chain; and a photoreaction initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
