The floor pan structure has an upper longitudinal carrier (1) providing the upper side of a tunnel for the 4-wheel drive transmission shaft and 2 lower longitudinal carriers (2), lying on either side of the tunnel, the sides of the latter provided by tunnel plates (3) positioned between the upper longitudinal support and the lower longitudinal supports. Each of the longitudinal carriers can be provided by an Al profile.
