PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse generator circuit which generates pulses of a stable frequency even if power voltage or temperature changes. SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit 1 is characterised by having a reference current generator circuit 3 for feeding a reference current with a constant voltage fed from a band-gap constant voltage source, an integrating capacitor 8 operative to accumulate and discharge charges a charge-discharge circuit 4 for accumulating and discharging the charges, based on the reference current, a switch circuit 5 for controlling the route of the reference current flowing to the integrating capacitor 8 to set it in an accumulation or discharge state of charges, a hysteresis circuit 6 for generating an upper limit threshold for the accumulation and a lower limit threshold for the discharge from a constant voltage, and a comparator circuit 9 for comparing each threshold voltage with a voltage resulting from the charges accumulated in the capacitor 8 to control the switch circuit 5 based on the comparison result.
