摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery manufactured using silicon, which is inexpensive and capable of being expected to achieve high capacity and durability, as compared with a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A secondary battery with a silica electrode is manufactured by: using a silicon oxide (silica) having a chemical formula of SiO, as a positive electrode 4; using a silicon nitride having a chemical formula of SiN, silicon boride SiBor gold, as a negative electrode 6; mixing zeolite with silicon compound powder and printing while using ultraviolet (UV) rays or heating at about 130°C to perform film formation of each of the electrodes; and, after coating a solid electrolyte 5 mixed with zeolite on the electrodes, bonding both electrodes.
