THERAPEUTIC AGENT FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING PSORIASIS COMPRISING LUTEINIZING HORMONE RELEASING HORMONE - PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA EXOTOXIN A (RHLHRH-PE)

A pharmaceutical composition is provided to show the conventional anticancer effects such as induction of apoptosis, activation, proliferation or progress inhibition of T lymphocytes as well as the inhibitory effect on the action of pathological T cells during the outbreak of psoriasis, thereby being usefully used as an effective therapeutic agent for improving the psoriasis. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating psoriasis comprises a complex protein(rhLHRH-PE) consisting of a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone(LHRH) and an exotoxin A(PE) derived from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as an effective ingredient, where the complex protein is expressed by a gene recombination method and then isolated and purified.
