An implant assembly connected to a fixture by a double screw thread is provided to reduce an insertion time, and to increase a connection power after the insertion. An implant assembly connected to a fixture by a double screw thread includes the fixture(100) and the fixing screw part(300). The fixture has an outer screw thread(110) formed on the outside of a fixture body, and an inner screw groove formed on an insertion part(102) formed on the center of the fixture body. The fixing screw part is connected to the inner screw groove of the fixture through a connection groove(202) of the abutment in the state that the abutment is positioned on the fixture, and has an engagement part(310) having plural start screw threads, and plural screw threads(320) comprising a first incline part(322) and a second incline part(324).
