PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the conventional discharge tube holder base and the structure of a discharge tube are manufactured only through steps requiring much time and are expensive as a result. SOLUTION: The U-shaped openings of two plate metallic members with U-shaped cross section of a discharge tube holder base are abutted against each other, and the contact portions of the two plate metallic members are bonded to form a hollow square pole. A spacer is inserted into among the bonded portions in a space inside the square pole, and they are connected with bolts and nuts. A plurality of flanges for positional adjustment are provided on the outer circumferential part of the hollow square pole and they are screwed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
