PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector device for circuit board interconnection in which it is not required to separately mount electrical elements for protection, on a circuit board. SOLUTION: A rectangular parallelepiped connector 9 with an electrical component and a connector housing to house this are used for electrically connecting a plurality of first connecting electrodes of a first circuit board, provided with the plurality of first connecting electrodes and a plurality of second connecting electrodes of a second circuit board provided with the plurality of second connecting electrodes. The rectangular parallelepiped connector 9 with an electrical component is provided with a plurality of first conductive path portions 17a... with an insulation spacing on one face of facing two faces out from among continuing three faces at the outer periphery of a rectangular parallelepiped insulation board 13; a plurality of second conductive path portions 17b... with an insulation spacing on the other face of the facing two faces, and a plurality of electrical elements 19... with an insulation spacing on one face, positioned in between the facing two faces out of the continuing three faces.
