PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an audio data reproducing speed higher, and to reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: In an information processing device 100 for reproducing optional audio data recorded in a buffer 304 among music data recorded in an HDD, driving of the HDD is stopped by a stopping unit 307 when recording of the audio data of one piece of music in the buffer is completed, the reproduction end time of music data to be reproduced first among optional music data is calculated by a calculation unit 305, and when it is determined that the driving of the HDD is stopped in predetermined timing before the calculated reproduction end time, the driving of the HDD is started, and music data to be reproduced next to the optional music data is recorded in the buffer 304 by a recording unit 303.
