PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball throw back device capable of changing a resting angle of a frame in a simple structure by solving a problem that the conventional type throw back device consisting of the frame with resilient members stretched thereon and a stand for supporting the frame is constituted to change the resting angle of the frame from the necessity for diversifying training contents, however, the structure of the stand for changing the resting angle is complicated to cause a trouble. SOLUTION: The ringed frame for stretching the resilient members is provided with 4 or more stand leg installation parts, 2 stand legs detachably installed to the stand installation parts are assembled thereto, so that the resting angle of the frame can be changed by changing the positions for installing the stand legs or rotatingly turning the frame upside down with the stand legs installed thereto.
