PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when incorporating image display means in a case body even when incorporating the respective image display means in the case body using an attaching jig in order to optimize a visual field angle for each image display means or the plurality of image display means as a whole according to a type of a game machine. SOLUTION: While the case body 250 housing a plurality of liquid crystal display parts 242 for respectively independently displaying images is attached to an attachment frame body attached to the opening window of a front door, an inclination adjusting jig 243 is temporarily fixed by an engaging piece 254 and a fall preventing piece 254a inside the case body 250 when housing the liquid crystal display part 242 for instance in the case body 250, and at least the mounting of the inclination adjusting jig 243 to the inside of the case body 250 is facilitated.
