PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink container which is excellent in antibacterial function and forms highly hard surface where repetitive use does not cause a crack or the like. SOLUTION: The food and drink container 10 for forming many kinds of storage spaces S1 and S2 capable of storing drink and/or food therein by putting a lid upper part 12 on a main body lower part 11. The lower part of the main body and the upper part of the lid are made of pure titanium and, after a titanium oxide layer is formed by jetting titanium powders onto at least surfaces of inner plates 13 and 14 that form the storage spaces, anodic oxidation treatment is further applied to the surfaces.
