PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical mirror provided with both of a bright illumination function and an antifog function in a simple structure while saving power. SOLUTION: A light beam transmission part is provided in the required range of a mirror body, and a flat heat radiation member in which the heat radiation side of a light emitting diode lighting fixture is fixed at a position corresponding to the transparent part is made to face the back surface side of the mirror body.
