PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a sealing section, to improve a sealing property and reduce a reaction and to prevent the generation of a floating while preventing a water retentivity in a throating material consisting of a fitting section inserted and fitted between backing materials on an upper floor and a lower floor, a throating body having a cover section covering the upper end section of an outer-wall panel on the lower floor and a sealing section fitted on the rear of the cover section and brought into elastical contact with the upper end section of the outer-wall panel on the lower floor for sealing an opening between the outer walls of the upper floor and the lower floor of a building. SOLUTION: A recessed fitted section 26 is formed to the rear of the cover section by a rib 25, and a fitting section 29 for the sealing section 23 is pushed and fitted. The sealing section 23 consists of a main body 27 made of a rigid resin and a plurality of lips 28a, 28b and 28c made of flexible resin.
