<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily integrate a plurality of files into versions of one document, and to set information on a person who has updated a version. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by including: a reception means for receiving a request for batch registration of versions associated with a document from a client terminal device with which communication can be made via a network; a determination means for determining whether there is a file to be registered as the version of the document or not on the basis of the request for batch registration of versions received by the reception means; an extraction means for extracting information of a person who has last updated the version from the file, when the determination means determines that there is the file to be registered as the version of the document; a registration means for registering the file as the version of the document; and a setting means for setting the information of the person who has last updated the version extracted by the extraction means as attribute information of the version registered by the registration means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
