<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installed capacity of a power storage device while satisfying evaluation indexes for smoothing of composite output by configuring a simpler stabilization control device. <P>SOLUTION: A change-rate limiter 8 limits changes in power generation output of a natural energy power supply 1 to a fixed gradient determined by an output fluctuation range per unit time. By this limitation, it is possible to avoid excessive smoothing, observed in a method by the primary delay filter or the moving average, while satisfying an evaluation index of the output fluctuation range at a fixed time-interval that is the evaluation index for smoothing. Optimal control operation for simply minimizing a kW capacity of a power storage device is obtained independently of the ratio of the kW capacity of the power storage device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
