The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to easily remove an upper mold from a lower mold in a hot-pressing mold device for hot-pressing a non-woven fabric. The hot-pressing mold device is equipped with a lower mold having a lower-mold surface formed therein, and an upper mold having an upper-mold surface formed therein for compressing a non-woven member for covering an electrical wire between the lower-mold surface and the upper-mold surface while the lower mold and upper mold are joined by being brought in close contact. One of the lower mold or upper mold is provided with a lever member comprising: an operating part supported so as to be capable of rotating around a support shaft, and provided in a location separated from the support shaft; and an action part (for example, action surface) provided at a location where the distance to the support shaft therefrom is less than the distance between the support shaft and the operating part. The other of the lower and upper molds is provided with a receiving part that is in contact with the action part and causes the upper and lower molds to move relative to one another in a separating direction when the lever member rotates.
