PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor device which has large carrier mobility.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic semiconductor device which has an organic semiconductor layer formed by crystallizing a compound represented by general formula from a solution. Here, Xto Xrepresent an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a selenium atom, or a tellurium atom. At least one of Rto Rrepresents a group which has a skeleton to which they are bonded, an aromatic ring forming a &pgr;-conjugated system, and a chain structure of which the carbon number constituting the main chain is 4 to 20, and the remainder each independently represents a hydrogen atom or substituent. |
