PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion pressure sensor having a configuration capable of suppressing the generation of noise in an electric signal by a vibration.SOLUTION: In a preload application unit 220, a protruding part 251 of a second electrode part 250 for outputting a detection signal of a piezoelectric element 210 to a signal processing unit is fixed to a support member 270 by an O-ring 280 fitted into a through-hole 271 of the support member 270. With this configuration, it is possible to make it difficult for the protruding part 251 of the second electrode part 250 to vibrate even when receiving a vibration of a combustion mechanism, so that it is possible to make it difficult for an electrostatic capacity constituted by a wall surface 272 of the through-hole 271 of the support member 270 and the protruding part 251 of the second electrode part 250 to change in response to the vibration. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for electric charge to fluctuate and eventually possible to suppress the generation of noise caused by the vibration in a detection signal of the piezoelectric element 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
