PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process additional data included in content data by minimizing an influence of quality to a content part.SOLUTION: A content data processor performs processing treatment of content data in which additional data is included, and includes: an acquisition part 160 which acquires the content data; a processing part 170 which extracts the additional data included in the content data acquired by the acquisition part, and rewrites processing object information which is at least a part of predetermined individual information included in the additional data, to be determined based on predetermined conditions to generate rewritten data which is data of the same amount as that of the additional data from the additional data; and a generation part 180 which generates content data after processing in which the additional data of the content data is rewritten to the rewritten data.
