PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an object detection device capable of tracking-travel control that does not give a driver a sense of unease.SOLUTION: An object detection device 104 detects a target object 102 in front of a vehicle 103 on the basis of an image of the outside of the vehicle captured by imaging devices 105, 106 mounted on the vehicle, and calculates the relative distance to the target object 102 or the relative speed. The object detection device 104 is characterized by having a risk factor determination unit 111 that determines if there is a risk factor that is a travel risk for the vehicle 103, on the basis of the image. |
