PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics; and a vehicle mounting the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery thereon.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode has a sulfur-based cathode active material containing carbon (C) and sulfur (S). The negative electrode has an anode active material. At least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode has binder. The binder is an alkoxy group-containing silane-modified polyimide resin cured material having an alkoxy silyl group represented by formula (I): RSiO(m is an integer of 0 to 2, and Ris alkyl or aryl group having 8 or less carbon atoms), and having an imido group and an amide acid group at a ratio of 99:1 to 70:30.
