Composition for topical application in the form of water-in-oil emulsion, comprises an aqueous phase dispersed in an oily phase, silicon emulsifier, a hydrophilic polymer comprising cross linked acrylic polymers and 2-acrylamido 2-methlpropane sulfonic acid polymer and at least a silicon based filler, where the quantity of the aqueous phase is 60 wt.% of the composition. An independent claim is included for a cosmetic process to alleviate visible or tactile irregularities of the skin surface comprising topically applying the composition on the skin. |
